High Temperature Resins

Special Resins covers any new and novel resins with unique and high performance properties, such as high temperature of resistance, or dielectric properties, etc.

These products are based on a novel class of thermoset epoxy resin. They are characterized by a high glass transition temperature (Tg) of 400 C, excellent dielectric and mechanical properties and easy to process like any normal epoxy.

The applications for these resins are many: Electronics, automotive and industrial composites and compounds (casting, grouting, sealing, laminating, adhesives, coating, etc.)

In order to achieve a Tg of 400 C, the following post-curing cycle is required:

1 hour @ 150 C + 3 hours @ 200 C + 3 hours @ 270 C
